Becoming our patient
We’re happy to welcome you to HPSP. Here’s what you need to do to become our patient.
- Register yourself at Por Por Ror building, G floor. Bring your valid ID, for example, your passport.
- Go to the screening desk (Por Por Ror building, G floor) and inform the staff about the service you seek, i.e., radiation oncology. Our screening staff will allocate you to the relevant department.
- Contact our office at Wong Wanit building, 1st floor, to make an appointment. If you have previous treatment from outside hospitals, please bring the documents related to your disease from other hospitals.
– Diagnosis summary or referral letter
– Previous treatment summary (if any)
– Pathological report and paraffin block
– Imaging results
– Imaging files in DICOM format
– Laboratory results (if any) - At Wong Wanit building, our radiation oncology nurse will make an appointment for you to meet our doctors. Most patients will be scheduled to attend a tumor board conference. It is a regular meeting of oncology-related doctors with different specialties who come to discuss cancer cases and come up with the most appropriate treatment for each patient.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 7 days in advance prior to your appointment date.
For existing patients (i.e. those with hospital number), you can skip step 1 and 2.
